Christopher McKenna, a prominent figure in Australia’s Performing Arts scene, began as a soloist with the Australian Boys Choir, performing in Carnegie Hall. In 1987, he produced and toured productions for the Australian Bicentennial Authority. Managing Melbourne’s Hancock’s Theatre Restaurant from 1989-1992. He founded Promac Productions Australia in 1992. Celebrating its 40th anniversary in 2025, the company has produced many musicals, opera shows, and concerts across Australia. Chris, known for touring top artists like Marina Prior and David Hobson, is also a sought-after MC, promising an extra dose of fun at events like the Melbourne Celtic Festival.
